Hudson Jeans

I got to meet Ben Taverniti, he is the designer for Hudson Jeans. I also won this whole outfit from Nordstroms. I got to talk to Ben for a while. He is the most amazing guy ever. We actually got to hang out. I thought it was going to be nuts but things settled down and we chatted for a while. He told me at the end that he was so glad it was me who won. He was truly amazing I am so glad I got this experience and wanted to share it with everyone.

I wouldn't have it any other way. Children can know how to swim at a young age.

The number one cause of death for kids under 5 is drowning. Really? its so preventable.

I hate seeing kids who cant swim. Its my profession so I am very passionate about it.

Check up

Here is Tavin sitting in his Anywhere Chair. He is such a big kid now I love it

Tavin never sleeps with me and never has, but after his 1 year shots he was not feeling so well. He fell asleep on me and I had to take advantage of it. He is growing so fast. I love moments like these.

At the pediatricians, he is 22 pounds and 31 inches. 83% for height and 50% for weight.

Yucky

Tavin walked over to our Tomato plants and picked a green tomato.

He took a huge bite

And did not love it.

I had to tell daddy even though I know its a waste of a great tomato. I just thought it was so smart of Tavin to pick one and know he could eat it.

Busy Weekend

We had Marshall's Birthday party. Marshall is Tavin's best friend.

Then we had a baby welcoming party.

I love this boy, He is the sweetest guy in the whole world. He will now walk up to me and just kiss me. He also puts food in his mouth and says yummmmm.

Pumpkin Patch

We went and got our Pumpkins!!! We will be carving them on Friday.

Tavin had a blast, he made a new friend.

Tavin had an amazing birthday bash. We had 30 people over at our house on a beautiful sunny San Diego afternoon. Tavin was not feeling his best but the party was awesome. We did BBQ and had tons of food, beer, wine, juice boxes and anything you could want.

My boss made this Cake. I could not find a bakery to do what I wanted so she did it. It was amazing. It was banana and chocolate:) For monkey theme.

The kids had tons of crafts to choose from, here is one of them.

There party bags were full of monkey goodness to take home.

We had all the party favors lined up in the back, monkeys and balloons, the rest of my house was full of food.

I had no idea how much work it is to throw a party. I will be waiting a few more years before Tavin has another big bash. Everyone raved about how much fun they had and that was what it was all about.
