Yoga

I have been doing Bikram Yoga, it is so hard but I am slowly getting better. After having a c-section it is not a fun recovery and although I have lost all my pregnancy weight i still want to lose more. This is doing it. If you have done it you know it takes so much concentration and after you feel magnificent. My wonderful husband got me 50 classes for Christmas, so I have been busy.
