Cuteness

When Tavin sees himself in the mirror I say, "Give that cute baby a kiss" and he does! it is so cute. It totally dirties the mirrors but it is so worth watching him give himself an open mouthed kiss.

Uncle Zane and Uncle luke

My little brother Luke who is now 10, crazy, was in town for a football tournament (He is amazing) so after his game I got to steal him and Zane away. I miss them and love them so much. I wish I lived in Vegas just to be close to these two guys they are the most amazing kids I know, so strong, so smart, so talented, and I am so proud of them and glad I get to call them family.

Well we decided to go to Chuckie Cheese, I love this place Im like a little kid, as Zane would say. When we pulled up Luke was sitting in back with Tavin he unbuckled Tavin from his seat after we parked and as I went to grab him Luke said, "Ill carry him." What!!! I love it. He was such a proud uncle carrying him all the way into the building and then feeding him. I was so excited that he wanted to help. He later bought Tavin a frame with his tickets so that he could put his first time to Chuckie Cheese picture in it. How freakin sweet, he has the biggest heart ever. He gets this from his sister.

My boys and loves of my life

Zane is awesome with kids. I could totally see him in a career with children. He has so much patience, is so gentle and is willing to always play with his favorite nephew. While eating dinner Tavin started screaming because I was not feeding him fast enough so Zane just picked up his spoon and started helping. I loved it. It was like having 2 of the best nannies for an evening. They are so good with Tavin.

I sound like a 5 year old in my posts with my short sentences, little words, along with my horrible grammar and spelling.

Well I swear I am educated and in college (Hard to tell with my writing) I just get to the point in my blogs. Plus I am a math person english was never never never my thing.

Mommy and Dedication

My mommy came to town for Tavin's dedication. I love my mom so much she is the greatest mom and best Olma (Grandma) anyone could ask for. She is so much fun she went body surfing with Harry, I don't body surf so I was a spectator with Tavin who loved the sand.

He loved the sand at one point he just opened his mouth and full on face planted to try and eat it. I was scrapping sand out of his mouth and off of his face like a mad woman. He wasn't even trying to spit it out he is such a stinker.

We must go to the beach more often he was so entertained and he loved to put his toes in the water, the cutest thing. The water is cold but he would sit there as it hit him and he would mush his feet down in the wet sand.

We had Tavin Dedicated to Calvary Chapel Point Loma on Fathers Day

I am so happy to have done this; after the service they provided cake in celebration

He got 2 cakes, but he didnt like it much. I gave him a teeny tiny peace. He was not a fan.

8 1/2 Months

Tavin Turned 8 Months on June 13th. I am so behind so we are doing an 81/2 month update.

Tavin loves his mommy and daddy more then anyone

He is crawling full speed everywhere

opens the draws and cabinet doors

Is now waving

gives high fives

Has signed "Milk" 1 time

When you ask "How big is Tavin?" He throws both arms up in the air as you answer "So Big!"

He is the best sleeper ever, goes to bed at 8 just lays right in his crib and falls asleep

Loves to eat everything and anything

Loves Dogs, he gets so excited when the dogs come in the room or when he hears them

He kisses himself in the mirror

Loves the bath tub

Has 2 teeth on the bottom and we had no problem when the second tooth came in, What a champ

Takes all the magnets off the refrigerator and pulls all the book off the bottom self

Is now wearing 9-12 month clothes and is 20 pounds

He has a favorite blanket and snuggles his lamb when he is tierd

He is Pulling him self up and can stand on his own for about 5 seconds before falling to his bum

He rubs his eyes and ear when sleepy

Loves to shop, When I buy him things I let him pick which one. I will hold up 2 shirts and ask what do you like better? He always looks at both of them and then grabs one. I did this with a toys at the county fair and about 5 people stopped me and said "Wow I cant believe he picks his own" I want him to think for himself

My brothers are here now, I couldn't be happier.

Tavin was Dedicated on Fathers day

Its summer time, School is out and it is time to read.

I just finished "Big Girl" I loved it

I have to finish this book before I see the movie and so far I love it.

I got these last two at costco and I will be busy getting through all of them:)

I love to read, I wish I had more time.

Vegas and Friends

We were in Las Vegas last weekend for my friend Amy's weeding,

I have known Amy and Heather since 6th grade. I love them

I am so happy for Amy and Scott they are so adorable together, marriage is so wonderful

Tavin and Tommy hung out and played while Michelle, Amanda and I talked.

I didn't get any pictures of us ladies but it was great to catch up and baby chat.

I am so grateful to have Michelle and little Tommy because I can ask her advice and share our mommy concerns.

Baby Proof

Tavin is a crawling machine. He moves everywhere and is so fast.

I love it because he just follows me from room to room.

Well he is a typical boy and is in to everything, His room looks like a mess when I step out and back in for a second.

I love that he is just exploring, he made his way into our closet.

After I put away his P.J'S he helps me by taking them back out.

What a little stinker. I am loving every second of it. I also think it is time to baby proof.

China Girl

My best friend and Maid of Honor came to town, it was a blast.

We went out one night to the Comedy Palace.

We went to the beach and road the roller coaster.

I miss you and love you so much China. I have the best girl friends ever and I love when they visit.

California Tropic

Tavin was sponsored to be in a beauty pageant!

We had a lot of fun but its nothing I want to do all the time.
